"When we arrived, we wanted to pay for valet parking in the garage. We were told there was no room so we had to drive to another parking garage, of site, and walk back. Check in time is at 4pm. We arrived at 9pm and still had to wait 30 minutes for "housekeeping to check our room". They advertise a free shuttle service to specific local attractions. I called down to request the shuttle to the Queen Mary. The person who answered said "just come down when you're ready to go and we'll get the shuttle for you". So we went down 30 minutes before our tour was scheduled. The attendant said. "ok, just go out front and I'll call for the driver". We waited for about 15 minutes and finally the same attendant came out to inform us that the driver would pick us up in "15 to 20 minutes". At that point we just had to call an uber so we wouldn't be late for the tour. We would never stay here again or recommend that anyone does."

"I like that they let you walk around with your drink while you explore. The bed was actually very comfortable. And understandablly, the bathroom was the only thing that was hard to hack due to it being so old. Just was very disappointed on the customer service practically every where we went. The observation bar was cool, got ignored when we sat at a table so just went to sit at the bar. Gift shops just got stared at not greeted. Chowder house the hostess didn't say one word to us as she sat us down. The view was good, and the fish and chips were good. Wish there was less people at our graveyard tour but host and tour were cool. Besides not great service, Glad I got to experience the ship. There was a leak out side out bedroom pouring in a bucket hope it can hold up longer."

"The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was close to shopping, eateries and entertainment. The staff was super kind and helpful when we checked in and let us know about everything available and offered places to eat. When we checked out they were equally kind. We will definitely be staying again!"

"I stayed 3 nights and everyday I was out I put a sign on my door to come clean my room, my room was never cleaned one time. They charge for parking as well. "
