"This B&B had so much character! So cozy and the staff was so nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and thoughtful. It was very easy for us to care for our horses at Fair Hill - about 8 minutes away. Only downside was a train I heard throughout the night... not sure if that is just seasonal. It could easily be covered with a white noise machine :)"

"This is an old hotel. It had been redone and worked well for us. Unfortunately, we were in room 202 which is near the elevator. Very loud when it was running. Wife did not sleep well. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Thank you"

"For $300 a night, highly disappointed. Our room was very poorly maintained, dirty couches/chairs/bathtub and trash in the parking lot. Honestly, can get that quality for cheaper and will do that next time."

"Check in was super fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and fast. The bed was very clean and nicely made. For a one night stay it was pretty nice. One thing I do have to complain about is we walked by the pool and it was very yellowish green so we didn’t go in it."

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"good room if on a budget. a few weird things, though. there is an ice bucket, but no cups, so you'll need to pack those. there's a desk, but no chain to sit on. the electrical outlets near the bed are blocked by furniture, so you'll need to move things around. they say breakfast is included, but after you book you get a notice saying there is no breakfast on weekends, when most people travel. message said there would be muffins, etc., but all I saw was some packages of syrupy canned fruits."

"Room was not clean, insects, was supposed to have microwave & mini-fridge. Fridge was unplugged from power when we arrived and inside was dirty and had mold and insects. When we plugged it in fan was making noise so we immediately unplugged it. There was no chair for the desk, I requested a chair 4 days in a row and one was never brought to the room. We cleaned and disinfected the room ourselves and did insect abatement ourselves. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived and ended...

"The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."
