The room had a lot of dust in it and you could see the dust built up in the floor. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. It wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were great and very pleasant.

The breakfast service was the best I have had in a while and I travel frequently. The room was nice and clean but the fridge and something to do with the AC was very loud switching on and off and woke us frequently throughout the night (we had a 7 night stay)

Rooms and overall decor are quite dated, but otherwise good functioning kitchenette, bathroom, mattress on the bed, etc. Probably could use some new pillows but otherwise a comfortable stay, if you don't mind living in a style that appears to be from 20 years ago. Super friendly staff!

1st I want to say I've not stayed at this place 2 different times. And I can not say it enough each and every one of the staff people were happy, or (at least smiled before you said hello) very helpful finding the pool area for my grandbabies to enjoy some pool time. Pool area , gym really clean, didnt have the chlorine smell real harsh. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have full kitchen ( all but oven ) but microwave works good. The free breakfast has eggs, hashbrowns, ham or sausage, some kind of chicken wrap you can make. The waffle station is a popular area with kids. I would like to see turkey or chicken on there without spices or sauce added to it. But ........... Last and formost if you really want a quiet, relazing, spacious time book here!

Absolutely adore the staff at this property. Everyone has been so kind and professional. My room had a heating issue and the tech came right away to reset/fix it which I really appreciated. There were other issues with the room 412, such as stains on the carpet and couches and tears in the curtains, and black mold on the bedroom and bathroom walls. I really didn’t spend too much time in the hotel room so I wasn’t really bothered by it, but I did bring it up it during checkout just in case someone decides to stay there long-term. Otherwise, I really liked the location and I would stay here again. The breakfast spread is so good in a year. See my excited. Love you a nice

I would definitely stay again. The rooms were spacious and clean for the price. The breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious. The place is a little outdated and it could use a deep cleaning. However, the daily cleaning by the staff is very good!!!

The heat in the room was not working. The temperature wavered in between 66 and 67, blowing cold air through the vent although the thermostat was on the heat setting. May however provided me with a space heater. The right side room bathtub leaked/dripped. They had maintenance come up the next day, he stopped the bathtub from dripping and said that there was a part that he had to replace. He left and never came back. Never came back never came back. So it began to drip again. I was also provided with a second space heater that evening. I would have given a lower score, however the staff was so courteous and try to accommodate me. They offered to move me to another room, but it wasn't sufficient as they did not have a room similar to mine available. Dawn, did her best, so I appreciate that.

Amazing staff

The staff was amazing there. My issue was with the shower in the master bedroom which they put in a work order and the telephones didn’t work. But the staff were so helpful and accommodating to me and my family. I’ll stay again.

Overall it was a Great stay!

I stayed here for 3 days and it wasn't bad at all the furniture and wall paper can use some upgrading but the bed was comfortable the location is not to far from mc Donald's, Dunkin donuts and a few gas station. Only thing is I ask the lady can I get an upgrade and she told me she didn't have anything available meanwhile the lot was empty most of my stay and it's a nice size hotel I felt she could of just accommodated me being I stayed at multiple Homewood suites!

The service was excellent, good food for breakfast, very comfortable beds; needed to have a light repaired and would have liked coffee station replenished automatically each day. A great stay overall!

One-night stay over

We stayed here as a halfway point to our final destination. Check-in went smoothly. Very friendly staff at the desk. Breakfast was great with many options. Breakfast staff were also very pleasant.
