"Excelentemente ubicado. La propiedad es fantástica. La habitación con terraza ubicada en el 5 piso, era pequeña y la temperatura del agua de la ducha era difícil de fijar. Fluctuaba entre fría y caliente obligando a estar corrigiéndola constantemente. Asimismo el extractor del baño era extremadamente ruidoso convietiendo la ducha en algo tortuoso. El desayuno bueno y variado. La ubicación inmejorable. Las instalaciones excelentes. Recomiendo este hotel en Ragusa. "

There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps.
