"We had the Queen Mary I superior suite which was gorgeous. It had the biggest window of all the accommodation rooms. The bathroom had a stained glass window which was so unique. Everywhere I went in the Castle and its grounds I was awestruck by all the details. We did the History Walk with Phillip which was so interesting to hear about Edward Stafford and Henry viii. "The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark. The restaurant staff was also exceptional.What a lovely place and lovely people."

"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There...
