"Bad experience. False advertisement about the ocean view and balcony. Paid extra for ocean view room w balcony, but it turned out to be a typical for motels second floor walkway to the rooms instead of a bacony, so we were not able to keep curtains open because people were walking by? And so called ocean view was far beyond a busy a d load parking lot, liqueur store, major highway and a coastal bluff. Room was duty and smelly with a stain resembling pet’s poop. Aircon was not working but it was...

"The room was clean and updated. We did not have a view except into the room across from us. We had a fireplace but it was just for looks not warmth. There was a small wall heater but it took most of the night to warm the room. We were there when it was rainy and damp and the room was cool. Bed was very comfortable. Very little/no counter space in bathroom and low water pressure."

"My husband had esophageal cancer and needs extra pillows to sleep upright! Every hotel we have ever stayed in has always happily given as many as we need! The night staff (woman) said they didn’t have any extra! I said, you must have a couple somewhere! She said, no, you should have brought your own! She said this after I told her about my husbands esophageal cancer!😡"
