"The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!"

"This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are SO kind and helpful. They helped us organize transport from and back to the airport for our travels. Our luggage was delayed and they were able to call the airline to help us. The rooms are VERY clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice. The breakfast has a lot of options and great coffee."

"Damian was a great and helpful guy! He gifted my parner a bottle of wine for her birthday! Also managed to secure us another room due to us wanting to extent our stay.. highly recommended! Perfectly clean and and a perfect atmosphere. Spar was also really nice and relaxing."

"This was definitely a very bad hotel. I had read numerous reviews that were bad, but couldn't find any other optuins. This is off season and very few places were open.no hot water even though i called numerous times and asked about it. They said they would get back to me, never did. No one is on sight just a number ro call if issues if issues arise. After 2 calls then never even picked up. Also sewer gas in the bathroom and the heat never worked. Definitely would never stay there again. "
