Where to stay in Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaer

Rabat

Agdal

5/5(1 area review)

The golf courses and entertainment venues are just a few things visitors like about Agdal. National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco and Arribat Center are worthwhile spots to check out, and you can hop on the metro at Ibn Sina Tram Stop or Agdal-Avenue de France Tram Stop to get around the larger area.

Agdal
One of the prettiest doors I saw on this trip was in the medina. Someone's home I suspect.

Medina of Rabat

Shopping, historical sites and beaches are just a few things travellers like about Medina of Rabat. Sights like Rue des Consuls and Bab El Had are spots to explore, and you can get around the greater Rabat area at Bab Chellah Tram Stop.

Hay Riad

4/5(1 area review)

Though Hay Riad may not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium and Rabat Zoo.

Quartier Hassan

Quartier Hassan is well liked for its museums and gardens. If you're hoping to get in some sightseeing, Hassan Tower and Mausoleum of Mohammed V are top spots, and you can jump on the metro at Place du 16 Novembre Tram Stop or Tour Hassan Tram Stop to get around.

Quartier Hassan
The mouth of the river between Sale and Rabat is a hub of activity. One can view it from the old fort Oudaya and watch the people from each city swim in the river, paddle board or play on the beaches. The Atlantic crashes on this coast but this area is protected from the full force of the waves.

Souissi

Unique features of Souissi include the gardens and restaurants. Make a stop by Royal Golf Dar Es Salam or Foret Hilton while you're exploring the area.

Quartier Des Orangers

While you're in Quartier Des Orangers, take in top sights like Moroccan Parliament or Bab El Had Square, and hop on the metro to see more of the city at Mohammed V Gare de Rabat Tram Stop or Medina Rabat Tram Stop.
