"The service was extraordinary. This is not a hotel, this is meant for you to live the experience and it is perfect for that. Location was great, our room was beautiful. Our only complaint is that the pillows and bed had a distinct smell. They do not use mattresses protector or for the pillows. Hot water, working AC in the room, clean towels every day, however, they do not clean your room daily. Overall we had an excellent time and the young gentleman working there was great. "

The staff couldn't have been more helpful at every turn - really pleasant and good humoured. The breakfast was slightly different every day and was exactly what was needed to set you up well for the day.
