I never got to stay as when I went to check in, the room was already rented to someone else. When contacting the property owner, he advised someone booked it already on another platform, which led me to have to find another location.

IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels and bed sheets but could not help with the window. We barely stayed here for two nights as our unit was on 28th floor and it gets cold at night. I wish owner had property manager in place to take care of such issues. And wish he had given support/supervisor contact to help tourists like us with no Spanish knowledge.
