"The room was dirty, the bathroom had blood in it, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable as a pull out bed. I had my kids with me and did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room with the lack of cleanliness. The front desk gal was the only pleasant thing about the stay as she tried to help. The pool was down which should be announced that it hasn’t been working for months as that is why we booked the stay. There was also loud noise in the walls from plumbing or something that work go off...

"Friendly staff. Gave 4-stats because the train ran in front of our room all night. Ask for the backside of the hotel to avoid this. At $400 night, a makeup mirror would be nice! Only gives 2 servings of coffee for two nights for two people, decaf does not count. All the Lobby garbage was overflowing with garbage. Nice gym :-D Sadly, I would not stay here again."

"I’ve stayed at the Icon in Ellensburg twice now and I’ll stay there again when the need arises. We have children who attend Central WA University so we’re in the area quite a bit. Because of Graduation, most of the hotels were completely booked and the rates were way higher than usual at most. I booked the Icon months ago, knowing how busy the area would get. "Breakfast was nice"

"The back door was broken and you didn’t have to use the key. My room door didn’t work and the staff had to change my key three times and come and open the room door. The staff also struggled to open the door. The occupants in the room across from me also had trouble opening the door. The room was very over priced and you could smell the strong chlorine from the pool throughout the hotel. I will never stay there again."
