"The rooms wreak of cigarette smoke. I absolutely cannot stand the smell and am allergic to the smell. I hardly slept. The front desk associate moved me to another room and so it was not for her lack of trying, I think some of these older hotels just likely have the smoke residue so embedded in their ventilation and heating/AC units without massive cleaning/replacement it is virtually impossible to rid the scent. The hotel generally is nice, if you do not mind cigarette smoke then it is fine, but if you prefer a non smoking environment, I would not recommend this place. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Icon Inn. I booked a room and ended up wanting to change to the day before and was completely accommodated with no extra charges. Loft room was perfect for the family, kids watched a movie from upstairs while we saw it downstairs. I also left my tablet in the room and they were very helpful in getting it to me. Things are automated (no front desk clerk) but staff quickly responds to any questions. Thanks for the great, clean stay."

"The associate was very put off that I booked my stay through Hotels.com. A “third-party payer”. The hallway light shone through the door jam of my room. The room was not dark. It was lite up because of the hallway light coming through the entire door jam, top sides, and bottom. My room was next to a mechanical room and I heard squeaks and grinds all night long. And the pillows were as flat as pancakes no support there was four of them every single one of them were flat. "
