"Staff not were helpful and overcharged me and told me it is extra tax which is not included in Expedia expenses. So I am not sure whose fault it was."

"The only complaint we had was with Expedia, who double booked our room. We were immediately called by the owner to let us know what had happened and they offered us a bigger space with the same price. The accommodated our needs and I really appreciated it. The place was beautiful!"
