The property was about a 5 minute walk from Red River Ski area which was great!! Very convenient to the town, we could walk everywhere. Loved the hot tub! We were on the third floor so the stairs were a bit of a climb but I knew that ahead of time. Loved the fireplace. The recliners were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in, I want to buy them! The twin beds were very noisy when you turned in bed. The coffee cups were too small, more like teacups and we’re big coffee drinkers. I ended up buying a regular size cup. The condo was cozy and I loved the paintings on the walls. The pantry in the kitchen needs to have shelves installed, a lot of wasted space. The bureau in our bedroom had the owner’s Christmas decorations in it so we couldn’t use it. All in all, I would stay there again, maybe on a lower floor!

We loved the condo condition and comfort. We loved the area where it sits. It has an amazing courtyard, grill area, hot tub, game room, ice and washroom. The zip line and fishing pond were located right next to Auslander. It was a remote location yet so close to everything. We love it!

Great location close to the lift. Only complaint was the very loud children running up and down the stairs that sounded like new house construction. Not a property issue just annoying and hard to relax after skiing. Staff was super nice and helpful would definitely stay again.

We visited this property every year when I was growing up. I then returned for my honeymoon in 1992. Here we are 2024 and they are still there. Kudos that they have endured this long but it would’ve been nice having some updates. The floors squeak, everything is dated and the bed where my son slept was wonky. It was clean and communication was great though.

Theres a fire pit, that was awesome! And there are grilps everywhere gas and charcoal. If you prefer charcoal which I do. I Brought my own. The room lacks basic things like a blow dryer and shampoo, conditioner and lotions. No paper towels. Beds where hard pillows where terrible. Hanher are wire and only a few so, if you wanna hang your clothes you better bring hangers. No iorn or board. Theres a curfew so, if you want to enjoy the fire pit you have to turn if off at 10. People where pleasant. Rooms are good size. The kitchen lacks simple things like a can opener. Heaters work great! Not sure if there is air conditioning we didnt need that. Check out is too early especially if you are there for an extended time. They dont give you enough time to tidy up and pack. Over all would I stay there again ABSOLUTELY! But now I know what I need to bring. And prepare to leave early in the morning. Beautiful area. Lovely landscape. Near a fishing pond.

Everything here was exceptional. Love everything about it. Especially the closeness to the ski area. The way you take care of everything from great rooms to cleaning off the snow on the walkways.

Bed in loft was very comfortable. Sleeper sofa was awful. Location of TV was awkward and because of size almost unwatchable. We were there for a bike ride so it wasn’t a big deal. We love the town, restaurants and shops. A very walkable community as well as beautiful.

Es un problema comunicarse con el hotel,para registrarte solo es hasta las 5 pm después ya no hay quien te resuelva nada ,llegamos y una habitación no servía la calefacción y estaba abierta el gas de la estufa,no la pude utilizar así que nos quedamos todos el la otra habitación,hablé con la persona que estaba encargada hasta el otro día y dijo que le iba a decir al gerente y al día de hoy jamás se comunicó ni resolvió nada, antes del viaje quise consultar alguna opción y jamás me resolvieron, las habitaciones están limpias y y la ubicación es excelente,solo que no te dicen que hay que subir tres pisos cargando el equipaje y ni quie te ayude para personas mayores o con discapacidad está criminal, en una habitación está la sala en el segundo piso y la recámara en el tercer,para acceder una escalera de caracol reducida que yo creo está muy difícil para una persona mayor o con discapacidad o con exceso de peso y bueno ,lo que creo más mal es que después de las 5 no hay nadie quiere apoye y antes de esa hora como si no hubiera, francamente no lo recomiendo,estuve 4 días con la familia y éramos 13 personas en fin no vuelvo a ir pésima atención
