Nunca usé esa reserva, no sé qué proceda. Yo hablé el mismo momento en que hice la reserva al banco para cancelarla y me dijeron que le iban a dar seguimiento y me confié y resulta que ahora era que tenía que hablar con ustedes, pero ustedes pueden verificar que se reserva, nunca se realizó no sé cómo me pudieran ayudar nunca había tenido problemas y menos con Expedia pero ahora del banco me piden que hable con Expedia para que me devuelvas mi dinero cuando yo les avisé en el mismo momento que hice la reservación y les dije que no la quería este que si me dan a cancelarla inmediatamente de qué la hice y todavía decía en proceso con el banco, pero ahora me dicen que tengo que hablar con Expedia para que ustedes devuelvan el dinero entonces no sé cómo me puedan ayudar o qué procede Por su atención y apoyo. Muchas gracias.
