"Great location within walking distance to everything! However, the elevators from town was not running so we had to walk up the steep hill daily from town. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of continental food as well as an Ala carte menu. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"The Pestana Rua Augusta treated us so wonderfully on our 2-night stay during our honeymoon. Upgraded room, congratulatory champagne and chocolate covered strawberries—we were so happy! This location is centrally located and walkable to most spots in the city. For those spots outside of the neighborhood, it is easy to access both the Metro, buses, and trams. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit Lisbon. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations, shopping, etc. The breakfast was nice but not the best we have had. The hotel is located down a cobblestone street not accessed by cars, with lots of very aggressive restaurants along the path. The room was spacious enough, but it is a real no-frills experience.
