Had a great stay. Nice clean rooms. Enjoyed the small details like the heated towel racks, the pantry, the large oven, the multiple towels to cover for several days, the washer and dryer functionality with powder provided was helpful. View of the lake was nice (facing some cars which is ok) and relatively ok walking distance to the main shops.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! An excellent option for families or even a group of friends, we have already started talking about our next stay here. My partner and I stayed with our two kids under two, and there grandparents. It was very spacious and comfortable, incredible location, within walking distance to all things QT city centre and no hassle of needing to find a park. Park across the road for the littles, although not necessary when the lake and wide open spaces to run is literally right at your doorstep. We could not be happier with this accomodation, and have already begun recommending it to friends.

A fantastic property only 5 minutes walk from the heart of Queenstown along the Lake Esplanade . The townhouse is quiet, secure and has private parking. Fully self contained with everything you will need. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful place on a beautiful street. The house feels like home. Our only problem was that the air conditioning doesn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms. We don’t mind sleeping with the windows opened except the street is very busy and loud, even at night until 11:00pm.

Property dated and needs upgraded facilities. There was never enough hot water for 4 people to have a shower, the bedrooms were very small, there was inadequate heating upstairs. Beds aren’t comfortable and linen below standard.

Great!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s a great place to stay. Lovely walk along the lake into the city centre. Unit was warm, spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

Great location -10 mins walk to Fergburger. Lake and small playground at the door. Noisy from the living room and master room as facing the main busy road. Tight garage-typical 5-7 seater SUV will not fit No air conditioner other than villa 11&12 (from my memory) Loose shower head which my husband had to fix and loose lightbulb in the bathroom drawer. Manual not helpful-some appliance instructions were different. Good for family of 4, spacious

Excellent communication. Arrival was a breeze. Unit was so well cleaned and kitchen beautifully stocked with all the utensils you need to self cater. Excellent with kids as there is a park across the road and a short 5-10 minute stroll along the water into Queenstown. We will be back. Thank you.

Nous avons choisi cette établissement pour notre séjour à Queenstown. A notre arrivée nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hébergement et le confort de celui-ci. L’hébergement est très spacieux et bien équipé. La ville est à 3 minutes en voiture et a une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cette établissement et nous y retournons la semaine prochaine pour un deuxième séjour.

An absolutely beautiful property that was very comfortable. The check in was a little stressful , in that our flight arrived at 1230 pm and we had to wait at the airport until the very last minute- 3pm , with a toddler. As others have mentioned , the main bedroom is really noisy from traffic and kept us awake . Also some family games would have been a great addition to spend the nights in front of the fire .
