"Points positifs : Restauration de qualité, du choix et du personnel agréable. Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur. Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar. Piscine, non concordance entre la brochure...

"Lux Belle Mare was just simply amazing and perfect!! All levels of staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you! The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you. "Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"Chouette petite structure hôtel adult only surtout, personnel disponible et très agréable, suffisamment grand pour y trouver son petit coin. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, thème varié formule buffet du soir, possibilité resto à la carte sur réservation. Formule all in finalisée sur place mais pas de système bracelets pour différencier les différentes formules, donc on doit signer pour tout ce qu on consomme et c est parfois un peu lourd.
