"The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them, in Picton before we got on the ferry, told us how to see the bioluminescence, which was fantastic. I called reception at 3 am wanted to change room but no one picked up. The next morning, i had to buy electric scented oil warmer to reduce the pungent smell. "
