The staff are friendly and understanding. The room is decent for the price, but it could be better. The rooms only have the bare minimum amenities; I even had to ask for soap and shampoo, as they were not in the room when we checked in.

We loved the amount of space in our suite! The beds were comfortable and the washroom was a perfect size. Getting around Quebec was very easy, 30 min walk to Old Quebec and lots of cafes and grocery stores nearby. Only issue was no housekeeping for the 5 nights we had stayed. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the location was great and the staff were nice and helpful. The only issue I had was rude residents. The noise level was annoying. The people next door and above me were not respectful that there are other guests staying there. Loud music and stomping and running was heard until early morning.

This property is very basic. Staff will only acknowledge you if you need something, otherwise it’s a very self serve experience. The hotel is located very close to bus stop which runs from the airport, so that’s convenient. I booked this hotel as a last minute stop, although it’s clean and relatively quiet, I would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable but missing some amenities such as no coffee or tea or shampoo. Would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the shower controls. Hallways could have better lighting as the black paint makes it really dark.

The room was quite good. Two queen beds which were very comfortable. Bathroom satisfactory. Shower temperature did not get very hot. Plenty of fresh towels in cupboard. Thirty minutes walking distance to old town. Heard guest next door on wooden (squeaky) floorboards a number of times and noise/footsteps from level above a few times but overall noise was not a problem. No problems with room details to check in. Comfortable and reasonably convenient. Close to the last bus stop from the airport. I put average for staff as room is unstaffed so could not rate higher. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars.
