The location was very beautiful but didn’t actually like the facilities in the room. The biggest issue was the bedding — it was neither clean nor comfortable. The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the overall bed setup made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. The sofa bed was totally uncomfortable. My husband got rashes on his back, I can share the pictures also if needed. It’s very disappointing to face health issues from something as basic as a bed. Second, the air conditioning was not centralized. Instead, there was a large unit placed near the bed that blew direct cold air throughout the night, which made us feel unwell and contributed to further discomfort. I urge the management to thoroughly review their housekeeping standards. Until then, I would not recommend this place to others.
