"Only stayed for one night as we were travelling around the island. It was exactly as described and as I expected. Convenient location to the airport, blue bay and Mahebourg. Ideally you would need a car to get out of the resort and explore. Hotel has everything you need though. Big shopping centre 5 min drive away. "

"The staff were tremendous and so caring and helpful. A husband and wife caretake the place and you would have thought they owned the place based on how careful and considerate they were. I was reminded of staying at my grandma's. Everything was so clean! We had booked one day because our other accommodation was far away from the airport given the time we came in. "Lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at Salt of Palmar on our visits to Mauritius now. Perfect adult only boutique hotel with beautiful beachfront. The staff and service are just brilliant. They were so helpful. Shout out to the Chef Siva for his kindness to provide some locally made herbal tea for when we were unwell. We’ll be back :)"
