"The property is exceptional and the gardens are truly wonderful. Slight issue in travelling to the property, which took over 5 hours on public transport. As a tourist, it was impossible to provide an accurate arrival time which i estimated going on the distance that i needed to travel. Check out is at 10.30am and having been told twice, a little to keen on actually getting rid of guests. "Hospitality was on point--receptionist helped us book our airport taxi, recommended some great eats. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers. "sehr freundliche Aufnahme durch den Gastgeber, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Über den normalen Service hinaus wurde auch Rat gegeben, wenn Fragen waren zu eventuellen Ausflugszielen. "I booked this hotel as i was working in Cagliari but disntwant to stay in the city. Ita classws as a 4 star ans its definitely not, maybe jyst about a 3 stat but thats it. Staff were freindly and overall it was fairky clean, i was on tge 2nd floor and the internet didnt work during my stay, i did complain but it sidnt get me anywhere. Beautiful outdoor pool and the restaurant served nice food but a very limited menu. "

"Definitely a quiet accommodation so good if you’re looking for rest. Close to the beach and a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The front desk was super helpful, Valentina was absolutely amazing and from the moment we arrived we felt so taken care of, her energy and vibe was refreshing and she was friendly 10/10 for her!"
