"Cabins were amazing! Loved the view! Very clean cabins, heated floors :) and appreciated the stocked kitchen!

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a nice addition but not quite hot enough
The free shuttle to town is a definite plus.
Only negative is the dinner menu…. Plates to share and expensive considering the food quality. I would have loved some fresh organic options on the menu. The Banff townsite is not far away though. I do live the feeling of being nestled in the mountains. I will go back again"

"I love this lodge and have stayed multiple time. I shared a tent with a friend, and we had a group of ladies at the lodge enjoying xc ski weekend. The tent is warm even in the winter. I love coming back to excellent food and beverages after a day out on the trails. Lots of cozy spaces in the lodge to gather and visit, read or play games. It is always a real special experience."

"LOVED OUR STAY!!! One of the best stay we’ve had. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were always so friendly and very helpful. There’s also a restaurant on the property so if you didn’t want to pay extra for parking downtown it’s a good option! But if u did want to save money for parking and wanted to go downtown the hotel provides a bus pass for your stay. The robes were a must for the outdoor hot tub. We were upgraded free of charge which was amazing. The place had a home feel to it....

"Great room, cleanliness and view was stunning. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. "
