"I stayed over the weekend with my mom and my aunt visiting from Sweden. You do not want to have a family visiting Alberta, leaving the province without showing the treasure of Banff. Very clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need and it is wheelchair accessible except for the bathroom. It is not inexpensive but worth it, especially when traveling with family."

"Spacious 1 bedroom unit. Traveled with spouse and 1 teen. Sofa bed is ok but matress not the best. Very clean. Sufficient plates/cuttlery/glassware for only 4 people. Had to run dishwasher every day. Great bathroom with separate tub and shower. Laundry facility in bathroom very useful. Would stay there again. Did not try the hot tub."

"Very nice place to stay. Easy in and out. Parking spaces are a little narrow for me. Our room had no light over the beds which was inconvenient and the toilet paper holder was so close to the toilet, had to lean forward so as not to bonk the back of your arm on. Enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor hot tub. "

"The perfect middle ground between larger format hotels, and very expensive air-b&b options Check in staff were excellent. Accommodated a late check in, and were friendly and helpful. The building and the grounds are beautifully up-kept. The design of the room is a little awkward with the shower in the middle of the living space, but that’s the only thing. Hot tub area is private, and super clean too. "

"The deluxe king room was great. However, be aware that the Mountain View balcony in the description picture does not necessarily look out onto the mountains. There are inner rooms that face other balconies maybe 20 ft away. Imagine my surprise when I opened the curtains to see a wall of other balconies facing mine. Some people were not as concerned with privacy as I tend to be—I could see directly into many rooms. It felt like being in a tenement apartment. Not what I expected for...
