"The towels were nice and the shower in our room was good. The water slide does not seem to come with water. The pond is decrepit. It would be a great setting for the series of unfortunate events. Overall, it’s what you should expect for the price but the description of the amenities needs an update."

"A very good accommodation run by a couple who are very efficient and welcoming. There is breakfast included, and if you must leave early before the breakfast hour they will provide bagged breakfast which are large. The rooms are well maintained with comfortable beds and the bathroom shower also functions as a jet tub. Very spacious common area with tables, couches and a pool/snooker table. Well maintained yard with gazebo is available as well."

"staff were excellent.room was clean and quiet with a great view of the ocean but the road noise while out on the very small balcony was a deal breaker for me staying there again.the main ocean highway goes between the room and the ocean and even in june was very busy."

"The tile work in the bathroom needed fixing. To see all that water running behind the broken tiles kind of makes me think how costly is that repair going to be when the mold starts in."

"Lovely little motel by the ocean. The room was large, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is small with nowhere to put anything. The location is great and the mini golf nextdoor was a fun bonus."

"It is a nice anough hotel.the rooms are functional. The kitchenette is pretty small and no real work surface.. There is a lounge with a tv and a coffee machine. Outside they have a small bbq area and some tables. It is convenient to the beach and walking distance to some restaurants(10 mins walk) It is a good reasonably priced option."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was only one comfy chair to watch TV, one watched TV in comfort while the other watched while sitting in a hard kitchen chair. This was our 4th time staying at the hotel. "
