"The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need."

"This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou. "Super nice experience, when I arrived is earlier then the normal check in time, the front desk guy is super sweet offer me free tea and dessert at the lounge area with phenomenal river view while I’m waiting for them to get my room ready. room is clean and quiet!! Very nice stay, love Wuhan this city and if I go back will definitely pick this hotel again ! Good location too ,easy to get to places I want to visit."
