"This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is good and we slept nicely. Only one restaurant which is very tasty but it’s better if they have more restaurant. Also they didn’t have convenience store either. You can easy to walk to Walmart or Target / Ala Moana Shopping Center tho. Overall staff are very kind and nice, the property is very clean. We love there. "

"The hotel does not allow any early checkins and they would need to know 3 days in advance to attempt to accommodate. The elevators take way too long so if you uber or lyft make sure to start your journey 10 mins before so you dont loose your rideshare. The location is in a great place and you can walk to many places without a car. The hotel parking is expensive but may not be needed. The flooring in the halls could be cleaned or carpet can be replaced as they were stained and had an oder. The...

"I enjoyed my trip very well. Dishes but no area to clean them. Used 2 glasses in total. Great location with minimal window view. Close to everything and staff were pleasant. Coffee downstairs at the coffee and donut place was the best. Loved the stay*****"

"I knew my goal was to spend more time outdoors than in. Good location. Walking distance to Ilikai, Hilton, Ala Moana Mall, etc. Pool was a nice alternative to walking to crowded beach during day, and relaxing in the evenings. Jacuzzi was good and evenings always in use. Close your curtains at night to avoid lookey loos! Especially with light on. Can see everything from pool. LOL. $5 to use gym for duration of stay. Good equipment and AC was great! "The place has four walls, a bathroom, a mattress, refrigerator, and a window a/c unit. That's about all I can say for it. "Spartan" would be a generous adjective. Dingy older building; musty smell in the "condo"; shower was TINY and leaked horribly when using the detachable shower head. Did not have warm water one of the mornings. If this had been called a "private room in hostel" and the price had been 50% what I paid, it would have been an acceptable value. "

"Not only was I lied to about the type of property that I paid for “condo”. It was dirty when I got there. The building was falling apart and no one had answers. It was oh call this person call that person. I asked for my trip to be refunded and to no surprise I did not get a response. If you’re traveling I highly recommend you go straight to a chain place. "
