"Price was good. Daniel sent secret codes well ahead of time which was helpful. Area was a nice residential part of Richmond Hill. Shower was fantastic - high tech, lots of hot water. Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. "I called the property the evening before confirming my reservation. I was told that I would receive a email with instructions on how to access the property the following day. Coming up at 12:00 noon the next day, no information provided. I had to message the property who finally after 20 minutes of waiting sent the email. "The cleaning lady the worked our floor on the last day of our stay was so pleasant. The people that work the parking werent as pleasant. When i went to get a ticket because we had valet service she was rude, the guys parking weren’t very helpful at all"

All amenities work including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Fifteen minutes walk to mall with two supermarkets and plenty of Hong Kong style Chinese and Western restaurants and a Costco. Thank you even through the two ladies wasn't working they made sure that our room was delivered with whaf we needed.
