"We were upgraded to a duplex room which was lovely, amazing views over the city. The smashed window did not look very nice although did not spoil our stay. Staff are all very friendly particularly the reception staff, a credit to the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!"

"Amazing room with great amenities. A 2 block walk from Buchanan St bus so a perfect place to get around. The breakfast was great with a clearly marked special area for gluten free food prep - very important to me. The restaurant meals were also amazing. "
"The entire experience was fantastic. Staff were the highlight. From the front desk to the breakfast servers all top notch with friendly hospitality! "
"Great two night stay. Really enjoyed the spa. Service was excellent from everyone. Extremely helpful as we had a lot of luggage for some family members moving to Scotland. "
