"Nice location in relationship to Old Town. The rooms are spacious and modern. The fitness center is well equipped. The onsite restaurant is a bit expensive but the food is very good. They also offer free valet parking, which is great. We had a great experience with Hotel Chaco."

"The beds are very comfortable- very nice linens. The toiletries are clean and smell wonderful. Great stay after along day of driving. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the well manicured peaceful garden. Actually all the art and decor has a beautiful New Mexico presence- we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel has great security, and parking."

"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"Such a quaint historic hotel! Beautifully remodeled yet still holds the charm of the original hotel but with added amenities! Loved the courtyard and tap room. Lovely area to relax after a long day of traveling. Chef inspired restaurants are in the courtyard as well! Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time there."

"The Monterey Motel is an unexpected gem near Old Town. It resembles the original structure but has been carefully renovated to perfection and yet remains affordable! The family room was PERFECT for my family of 6 and the 3 additional bathrooms available two doors down were a lifesaver. The pool is appointed with nice chairs and loungers. The only complaint is that the window let in a lot of outside light at night and the people above us were playing hopscotch or wrestling for several hours in...
