I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. "The key in our room was not working properly. When I went to the front desk my mother and I were told we put our phones next to the key both times we went to the desk. Turns out the key card swiper was broken. We had to change rooms. The first room the thermostat did not work. We had the thermostat at 80 and it was 67 degrees. "Unfortunately, our experience fell well below the standards I have come to expect as a Hilton Honors member. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a strong mold/mildew odor that persisted throughout the room. Additionally, we found pubic hairs in the bathtub, what appeared to be bodily fluid staining on the bedding, and bugs crawling on the floor.
