"Best hotel I’ve stayed in"

"Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day. I tried the Astor Grill and Novikov and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!"

" This property is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location in the pearl. The staff is absolutely 100% exceptional KOUSHAL the concierge is the best if he can make it happen he will. Ask him where the best sunsets are. Ray in the cigar lounge made the best old-fashioned we've ever had. Watch out the cigar lounge looks closed all the time, but it's just because of the smoky doors. Every person in this hotel made us feel welcome and the breakfast was exceptional. The chefs were wonderful. The servers were wonderful. The international vibe is just incredible. Can't wait to come back.Lytha and her crew rock!"
