"This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because literally no other hotels were available due to graduation and a conference going on. First, the entire hotel smelled horrible of weed and cigarette smoke. So strong I got a horrible headache. Second, barely got any sleep due to constant car alarms going off, people talking loudly in the halls and banging on door the door of the neighboring room in the middle of the night demanding to be let in. "Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine"

"As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!"

I could not get back in the building, the key card would not open the outside door we were told to use. I walked around to the front door. "So convenient to stay here and do a lot of errands and enjoy the opportunities of the area. However, please check Facebbok of museums, shop, etc. that you will be visiting. I had two places that I went to and they were both closed on a Friday, when they were normally open, due to private party or new hours. Nothing to devalue my stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Fargo, as there is plenty to see and do to occupy one’s day time schedule. I look to stay here again soon."
