"Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "

"We loved the location of this hotel, close to the old town and within walking distance of Lille International station. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and letting us leave our baggage after checking out. Some of the public areas and landing were a little tired, the decor of the room was a little tired, but we had a very comfortable stay and it was great value for money."

"Bel emplacement géographique et locaux agréables; bel accueil de la réception; service du petit-déjeuner à revoir pour ceux qui arrivent une heure avant la fin. Le principal problème a été le non remplacement de deux draps de bain et d’un peignoir alors que nous avions encore une nuit à passer. Notre fille et nous avons dû partager pendant 24h un drap de bain et deux peignoirs. Ce dernier point a été problématique lorsqu’il a fallu se rendre à la piscine. "
