"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...

"We had such a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, right in the city centre with very easy access to everything. We also really appreciated the hotel’s focus on sustainability. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the management was excellent.
Parking is quite limited, so reservations are strongly advised, but there are plenty of nearby multi-storey car parks, which made it convenient"

"Kamer was verouderd, badkamer heeft geen afzuiging, oude beschadigde schuifdeur, geen hakjes of rekken in badlamer. geen stopcontacten naast het bed.
Personeel erg vriendelijk, ontbijt buffet prima, als het druk is zijn er wat problemen met aanvoer van brood en dergelijke.
Drankjes in de bar aan de prijzige kant. Ik snap dat je aan de bar wat meer betaald dan normaal maar €6,- voor een cola is gewoon te veel."

"The room was clean and the staff were wonderful, however the mosquito nets on the windows really didn't work, which is a shame because there were multiple flies in our room and we got bitten a lot. Even in May it was too warm to have the window closed. For a room for three we had three teabags, a couple coffees and a couple milks, and these were not replenished during our three-night stay. We asked for a fresh mug and the staff were helpful in supplying this but it's a shame the room wasn't...

"Bonjour suite à notre we en cette hôtel, et étant moi même dans le domaine technique et conseiller en prévention pour le groupe Accor, il y a quand même des petits bémol, càd, odeur vraiment désagréable de la décharge de la douche, il doit surement manquer les anti retour dans les décharges, cela est vraiment d'un désagréable dans la chambre 32, la finition aussi du bac douche, silicon sur silicon bof, bof. Note positive le personnel était accueillant et très aimable."

"The hotel is by the side of a church and is pedestrianised on 3 sides so it is quiet at night if your room is on one of those sides. I loved the old fashioned reception .The breakfast is buffet style .You cannot get a full English but the french pastries are lovely. Ideal if you want a hotel that is truly french, although reception speak English as well."
