"Nice, newer hotel a short walk to C Street. The restaurant looked nice but was closed as they are looking for a new cook. We will be back. "

"Originally arrived and checked in. The room I was given was a dirty room. I had to walk all the way way with all my things with all three my kids. Then when I get to the second room my kids turn on the tv and it has no signal. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was pubic hair and pee on the floor near the sink. I did call the front about the tv. The lady said that she had no clue how to fix it and that if I wanted to move rooms again. "

"The room was not made up and we had to go back to the desk to be assigned a different room. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower head did not work well. "

"It was difficult to find the building. Parking was packed by th time we came back from dinner. We were lucky to find one of the last few spots far from the entrance. The room served our purposes."

"It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! "

"I know it was abnormally warm this Tim’s of the year there but the rooms were incredibly warm and had a very hard time sleeping. They did provide us a fan but barely worked. Terrible that the hotel is controlled for the entire hotel and not each room. Front staff at check in was great and very accommodating "

"Hallways had a smell, noticeable dirt on the walls, mold on the English muffins complimentary breakfast from the hotel, in the room had food splatters on the walls, the kitchen area floors had built up dirt, the carpet in the sitting area had big stains, hair on the pillows, the shower floors were dirty and stained, the water pressure was horrible and the tv was distorted on certain channels and when Turning the volume up or down."
