"I was expecting a newer more renovated hotel based on what I read on-line. Instead, the whole main building was under construction and the rooms seemed to need renovation. But the hotel was quiet and clean, the breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast, and the staff at the front desk were all super kind and competent. One staff member spent over 30 minutes just getting our cable TV to work. He coulda said they were short-staffed and couldn't get to our room, but he took the time and was extremely helpful. Hats off to the staff! The neighborhood was also noisy because of the local street and building construction. The location of the hotel was very good! Thank you for a good stay."

"We had the absolute best stay. We celebrated my birthday and upgraded our room with no hassle. Staff was so accommodating and sweet. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the spa made a great addition to the enjoyment. We cannot wait to come back! "

"We were referred there by the hospital where my brother is an oncology patient. They wouldn’t give us the hospital discount because I had booked through a third party for a cheaper rate, but we’re happy to add on more charges. After being at the hospital all day we came back late to a room that hadn’t been serviced, so I called for clean towels and was told I had to request service or I wouldn’t get any. I have never been to a hotel where you had to request service and I’ve been to a lot of hotels, you just put used towels on the floor and they take them and give you clean ones. When they brought us clean towels they didn’t even offer to take the used one away. Worst service I’ve ever seen and I paid for room service that was an additional fee. I had much harder things to worry about than them doing their job. I hope I never have to use them again."
