"Quality of the hotel is very good. Rustic rooms in a quiet and central location.
We stayed in camelia room and shower doesn't have much ventilation therefore we can see damp and doesn't smell pleasant.
We have been charged with 50 euros in the check in for my 5 year old son eventhough he slept in same bed with us and expedia guest policy clearly indicates child is allowed to stay in the room with you. "

"was a really great place to stay in brugges for a great price, very close by to the beautiful mainwatter park and the center, less than 10 min walking from everything.
the room was great and great space with private bathroom in our case, there was a small thing, an odor similar to sewer, was not that good but tolerable all the time, not a deal breaker and would stay here 10 more times if I could."

"The rooms look great, the host is friendly and the location is on point. But, this is mosquito hell, no warning from the owner but the rooms had no air condition and a steady swarm of mosquitos. The first night I got bitten 30+ times and this really messed up our stay in Bruges. Hard to sleep and the mosquito bites itched like crazy.
Also, got a parking ticket for 40 euro after parking at a spot the host claimed was free.
Beside the mosquitoes everything looked good, but beware. "

"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges.
The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome.
We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city.
The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"The included breakfast was advertised as continental, but there was also bacon, scrambled egg and sausage available every day too (stayed a week). Pity there was no tea or coffee in the rooms, but we were aware of that, so took our own travel kettle.
The staff were very helpful and polite, and the room was clean with the most comfy beds.
Located on the main market square in Bruges, it couldn't be more central.

"Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest....
