"I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay."

"We booked 2 rooms. Rooms were dirty. Carpet looked really old and stained . Sheets were itchy. AC was centralized but was broken. They offered fans 😃. Staff barged in and out of the room using their own key while we were in there. No privacy. Felt so unsafe. We checked out after an hour."

"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."

"Perhaps most important: the room description is inaccurate. It says there is a hob/stove in the room and there is not. Nor is there a fridge. The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. They use perfumed detergent or dryer sheets so all linens have a strong smell. Since I'm not used to this it made it difficult for me to fall asleep. "The check-in process was horrid. There is no staff on site, emailed a code to use at self check-in. That code gave us our room and key code, easy enough. We took the elevator to 5th floor to 512. "Not a good place, the ad is lying. There was no air conditioning, even though the ad said there was, the sheet was so small it didn’t cover my feet, there was no WiFi like they said, no laundry because no one is ever there to give you the key for it, hot water kettle but no coffee cups. I wouldn’t stay here again, I felt cheated!"

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "
