"I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay."

The room was large, which was nice, but only one chair for a two-person room and only one hanger in the closet. No hooks for coats. "Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Winterthur erreichbar. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist im Preis sogar das Kinoprogramm enthalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, einzig die Hafermilch hat gefehlt, aber selbst die wurde dann auf Wunsch hingekzaubert."

"We booked 2 rooms. Rooms were dirty. Carpet looked really old and stained . Sheets were itchy. AC was centralized but was broken. They offered fans 😃. Staff barged in and out of the room using their own key while we were in there. No privacy. Felt so unsafe. We checked out after an hour."

"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. "The check-in process was horrid. There is no staff on site, emailed a code to use at self check-in. That code gave us our room and key code, easy enough. We took the elevator to 5th floor to 512.
