"Easy walk to beach"

"We booked this hotel on short notice. Although we arrived several hours early, we paid a $50 early check-in fee, which was acceptable given our need to shower and prepare for the day. The hotel offers basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a clean restroom—suitable for overnight stays. We primarily used the room at night and enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would consider booking this hotel again."

"Firstly the building was not well kept and maintained. There was a weird stinch in the entire building. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was water damage on the doors in the rooms. Blood spots on the sheets. This is just not a hotel I would recommend or go back to. Do not go here if you want to be in a clean and comfortable environment m. The staff wasn’t the most helpful or pleasant."

Saw several roaches in the bedroom and in the bath. No breakfast Do not recommend this hotel and will never stay at this Fairway Inn in Fort Walton Beach again"

"The place was spotless and truly organized for such a small space. 4 girls stayed there comfortably for 2 nights. The beach area is comfortable with chairs and picnic table. The view of the water from inside and from the beds is awesome. The beds are comfortable and a washer/dryer is a huge plus. It’s a short drive to anything you need. I do recommend it."
