"HAMPTON INN IN SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO WAS AMAZING!! THEY HELPED MY BABY FEEL SO WELCOME. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY, PROFFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE.THE POOL WAS ALWAYS CLEAN, POOLSIDE BAR AND GRILL WAS ALWAYS VERY GOOD AND TASTY, BREAKFAST WAS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND HOT AND THE ROOMS WERE ALWAYS BEING CLEANED AND RESTOCKED WITH CLEAN TOWELS AND TOILETRIES. NEXT TIME I NEED A HOTEL I WILL BE BOOKING THE HAPTONS AGAIN!!"

"We loved the style of the hotel, it is natural and beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The location is great, on a lovely, stunning Isla Verde beach. The hotel spaces are very appealling, especially the special rooftop restaurant. We would love to go back!"

"Room was cleaned the first three days and fully stocked on complimentary chocolate bars & chips however the other two days they did not come in the do much and we had to ask front desk for replenishment and extra because we were a family of 3. The views are amazing, staff was super helpful & friendly when we asked for anything. Property was very clean & accessible. Private beach was nice but fairly new. The public beach was a few steps away off the property. You will not be disappointed staying at the resort."

"The staff at the Fairmont were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and maintained daily. Loved having the beach steps from the hotel and access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The property was well maintained and beautiful! I wished the parking fees for guests were more reasonable."
