"This was my husband and I’s first time visiting Puerto Rico, and this resort made the experience even more special. The property is absolutely beautiful—the restaurants inside the resort were great, and the beach access was amazing. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean… such a dreamy view! The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby, and we loved that we could literally walk to La Placita de Santurce for nightlife and exploring. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff would knock very loudly multiple times, and on one occasion they even opened the door despite us saying we were okay. That part felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the resort was clean, beautiful, and very aesthetic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

I did let them know that our room the second lock did not work, they immediately send someone to check on it and he let me know that it will be fixed the next day, however we were there for a week and it was never fixed. "This hotel is great for families. Pool is nice size and beach access is beautiful. This is our 2nd time staying at resort, we had to come back. Staff is friendly and security keeps things safe. Brisa cafe has lots of food options. Pricy! "
