"A very unique property, being a converted Paddle Steamer to a riverside hotel. Rooms were small and bathroom tiny, but that was to be expected. Overall a very pleasant stay, with one exception (other than the sealions, who were noisy!) but the hotel cannot do anything about that,.other than provide earplugs - a nice touch! "There is no customer self parking. There are public garages very close by. The staff is very friendly. The outside grounds are questionable at times due to it being a prime spot for homeless to sleep, so often there was a lot of trash. Housekeeping needs work. The rooms are not that clean, esp the showers. The rooms need deep cleaning such as showers to be scrubed, dusting esp behind appliances, furniture, curtains, etc. The hotel is never 100% occupied so there is no excuse for rooms to not be...

Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Room was a bit pricey for off season
Tip. Careful walking around at night but I guess that is like that for most big cities and certainly not the hotel’s fault. ."
