Very nice property and large, clean, well equipped room. Staff members were excellent and definitely customer service oriented. Because of our schedule, we didn’t try to breakfast, but there was a choice of waffles, oatmeal, pastries, and cold cereal, along with a good selection of drinks. Very close and convenient to Mercy General Hospital. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was super clean and no mustiness no perfumy carpet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. The continental breakfast has to be one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel like this—so clean, flavorful, and with plenty of options. The rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were modern and well-kept. The shower was perfect with great water pressure, making the stay even more comfortable.

Room and facility was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Laundry facility was convenient and clean. Breakfast was good and was kept full and area kept clean. Good selection of items for purchase like snacks and drinks, toiletries, basic amenities. I will definitely stay there again.
