"I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace. "I stayed here recently with my family and we fell in love with this resort. We didn't make as much use of the facilities as we should have as we were exhausted and staying here as a stop-over, but next time we are in Calgary, we will be back. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the food at the one restaurant we ate was delicious and the service top tier, and the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Use the service that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, you will not regret it and stay on the floor that includes breakfast, it’s amazing. There is no up charge to ask for a city view so ask for it, the back of the hotel faces a warehouse so city view is best."

"Street parking was the best option here and cheaper then hotel 30 a day.This hotel is the best I've been to in Calgary loved had separate room with king and a decent sofa bed , kitchen and living area was great, could use more stuff to cook , but with all the great restaurants who would want to.The view was awesome of downtown, don't need a car to enjoy this place .close to light rail transit , get around many places in Calgary quickly."

"It was a great trip. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I had a lot of requests. Even lengthened the trip for one more night. They did them all!! TVs brightness was dark so watching TV in the room we had was terrible. However kids had stuff to entertain them. We ordered room service each night. The food from the restaurant across from the hotel was incredible. Would definitely stay here again!!"
