"The rooms were decent, but we had to leave the trash out each day so they could be emptied. There was issues with some rooms so we heard the big noise from the dryer near the ice machines. I guess there was a flood, so these dryers were on all night to dry the carpet 😫. The fire pit didn’t work, they ran out of the toothpaste in the mini store. I just dealt with it, but don’t recommend staying for my next visit to Huntington Beach."

"This hotel is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Very beautiful decor (my favorite color is purple so I may be a little bias) the details were well thought out. The landscape was beautiful and peaceful. Right outside the door they have a big pitcher of cucumber and lemon water. That's the moment they stole my heart! "Lounge , bar , restaurant , pool area was great. The lobby store was terribly understocked. Had to drive to a gas station at 4 Am for tums. The sofa bed couldn’t have been worse. The fridge squeaked all night until I finally was able to in plug it. Parking was $42 a day. Just charge more for the hotel and a reasonable parking fee. Totally lame. Location is quiet and convenient. Don’t stay here if you need the sofa bed."

"The room was very dirty/overlooked. The first thing I noticed was the sticky carpet, after that I noticed how there was food such as half eaten Cheetos still on the carpet. Then I went to sit on the bed and noticed a pubic hair stuck in the comforter (gross!). Next I go to get some water and there was lipstick on the glass (not mine, I don’t even wear lipstick) so I pick up the next glass and there was a chip out of it where you are supposed to put your mouth (dangerous). "Love the hotel! I love going to South Coast Plaza and the restaurant around the area. I always stay in the Crown Plaza and I love all. Clean rooms, easy parking, and close to different places. The New Port Beach is only 19 minutes away. Staff are friendly and welcoming."

"The only issue we had was getting locked out of our room at 10:30 when check out isn’t until 11. Everything else was great."
