"Food was excellent with a very nice selection for breakfast. Food fresh and plentiful each day. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Sheets did not fit well and kept coming off. Heat/AC source was efficient and quiet….very welcoming in motel setting. Nice location next to “In abd Out”, “Raising Canes”, and “Chic Filet”!1"

"I would give Damon and staff, especially Mary, ten stars if an option! They were beyond accommodating as I kept having to extend due to flights, and the room was the best! Large, clean, cozy and quiet! Breakfast was perfect and the noon checkout made it very helpful. Thanks for making a crazy work trip so comfortable! "

"We stayed here for a concert at Harrah’s. Nice easy drive back and forth. Walking distance to a local brewery next door and kewl eats around. Staff was excellent. Place was clean and they’re still upgrading and renovating the place. Will definitely be back whenever we are in Escondido or nearby for events. Awesome place if you’re a tourist to San Diego but don’t want to pay the premium prices in San Diego. The only drawback is no pool/hot tubs, but who cares about that October through...

"Staff were very nice. Unfortunately room had odd odor , walls were peeling, floor boards were lifting off and the bath tub was gross. Overall would not recommend unless absolutely necessary. The whole room made me feel dirty."

"I stayed 7 days in a Handicapped Accessible room and it was great! The shower was perfect. I did bring my own suction cup handle for additional assistance however I was very please with the installed bars. Breakfast was exceptional every morning. Staff pleasant when asking questions. No problem finding close parking space. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was an awful experience for me and my children!!! Upon arrival we were told we needed to leave and it was a scam. The current owners said they have had a few people show up unexpectedly. They said this place is no longer a bed and breakfast, and it is their home. I only talked to one person on the phone that said we were at the wrong place. He also said the water at the place was not working, so he was going to find a place to relocate us! This is all just crazy. I spoke with someone online...
