"The property also has a homeless shelter on property. So property was crawling with people. There was a roach that came into our room on the second floor we ask if there was a bug issues she answered with im not the manager and manager is not on property. They were not helpful at all. So we left."

"Had a 2 week business trip and my normal hotel was booked. This was a good alternative and was convenient to food on the area. Didn't use the pool and the staff was good about tending to my room. Having a full size refrigerator was a nice pairing with the microwave."

"This was an okay experience for the price. The room was fine. The bathroom was a little dingy and the shower didn’t drain quickly. It is in a bit of a rundown area. You are instructed to not eat the breakfast there, but bring it to your room. It was a tiny breakfast corner, not many options. However, its a fine experience if you book for cheap."

"Great front desk staff. I had an issue this a.m. with my debit card and the front desk guy was very nice & patient with me until I figured out a solution. My room is cleaned daily & linens replaced. Great job housekeepers!"

"Most of the experience was okay. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Not sure if it was clear that breakfast wasn’t available or not, but was bummed there wasn’t anything in the morning. Didn’t need any assistance from the staff for our single night stay. Still, the building itself revealed problems. We could hear all forms of noise from outside, along with clear, ecstatic voices of other tenants right next to us. It was as if we left the doors and windows cracked open, which I think...

"The room was very spacious. But it’s an older building. Room floors could use a good shampooing. The breakfast was very good. The rate of the room just didn’t equate to the cleanliness"

"I found what looked like a crumb of food on the toilet seat and paper in the toilet. Other than that, the to room was clean. Decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Amazing nice staff! We had a view of the hill..no frill, but it was no biggie."

"The place was definitely not worth the price we paid. We had no hot water and the tv wasn’t working. The rooms are run down but at least I didn’t see any roaches. The ac was probably the best working thing in the room."
